What types of coffee do you export?
We exclusively export Green Arabica Coffee Beans from Ethiopia. Our portfolio includes both commercial-grade and specialty-grade coffees from 9 distinct Ethiopian regions: Sidamo, Yirgacheffe, Limmu, Nekemte, Guji, Djimma, Harrar, Washed, and Natural/Unwashed varieties.
What is the minimum order quantity?
We typically work with FCL (Full Container Load) orders of 17–19MT per 20ft container. However, we can accommodate smaller orders via LCL (Less than Container Load) consolidation. Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
Can you provide pre-shipment samples?
Absolutely. We send pre-shipment samples (typically 100–300g) for cupping approval before any shipment is confirmed. Our certified Q Graders evaluate each lot and provide full cup profiles with SCA score sheets upon request.
Which certifications do you hold?
We hold certifications including Organic (USDA/EU), Fairtrade, Rainforest Alliance, and UTZ for selected lots. All our exports comply with ECX (Ethiopia Commodity Exchange) regulations and international quality standards. Please contact us for certification availability on specific lots.
What are your payment terms?
We typically work on Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight or Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) terms. For established partners, we may offer deferred payment arrangements. All terms are negotiated on a case-by-case basis to ensure a mutually beneficial partnership.
How long does shipment take?
Transit time from Addis Ababa to Djibouti port takes approximately 3–5 days by truck. From Djibouti, ocean freight to Europe takes 18–22 days, to North America 25–35 days, and to Asia 15–20 days, depending on the port of destination.
